OM-MA (Ontier Media & Music Advisory) is a boutique consulting firm specializing in the entertainment industry and part of the international law group ONTIER, which operates in over 15 countries with more than 400 lawyers.

We were founded with the mission of supporting producers, artists, tech companies, and brands in the design and execution of cultural, creative, and innovation-driven projects. Our approach combines legal expertise, strategic vision, and deep industry knowledge.

We work across the music, film, television, live events, R&D, and technology sectors, offering comprehensive solutions that help optimize resources, access public and private financing, and generate new business opportunities.

Founder & CEO

Secundino F. Velasco

Secundino F. Velasco is a veteran media executive and producer with over 40 years of experience across film, television, and live events. He is the founder and former CEO of Zeppelin Television (Banijay Group), where he developed over 55 formats and produced more than 5,000 hours of content for markets including Spain, Argentina, Mexico, Uruguay, and the USA. His credits span acclaimed scripted series, top international adaptations like Big Brother and Wheel of Fortune, and award-winning films such as La Ciudad sin Límites and Rencor.

Beyond production, Secundino founded the online travel agency Muchoviaje.com, which he sold to Grupo Planeta in 2008, and has advised major networks including NBCUniversal’s Telemundo. As majority shareholder and producer of Miami Fashion Week in collaboration with Antonio Banderas, and now as CEO of OM-MA (Ontier Media & Music Advisory), he continues to bridge entertainment, fashion, and strategic business innovation on a global scale.
